    I lead a team responsible for creating insightful presentations and data table reports for global clients. My role involves overseeing the end-to-end reporting process—coordinating timelines, guiding the team on data interpretation, and ensuring that the final deliverables are clear, visually compelling, and aligned with client needs.

    I work with end-to-end project management, from initial planning and coordination to execution and follow-up. My responsibilities include ensuring project profitability, aligning internal teams, and keeping timelines on track. I collaborate closely with clients to build strong relationships, understand their specific needs, and deliver tailored, insight-driven solutions that support their business goals. Clear communication, structure, and effective prioritization are key parts of how I approach my work.

    I work across product, delivery, and sales - connecting with brilliant colleagues and diverse clients in telecom, finance, retail, and more. My role focuses on developing research solutions, especially within brand, innovation and CX. I act as a senior advisor and guide in projects from design to reporting and help shape Nepa’s products and methodologies. Every day, I learn from and collaborate with talented teams, leading initiatives and supporting new client partnerships.     Junior Financial Controller
    Support Functions
    In my role as Junior Financial Controller, I am responsible for approvals and maintaining control over balance sheet accounts, as well as conducting result analysis and intercompany reconciliations within both the P&L and the balance sheet. I also focus on process improvements and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains across the finance function. My work involves preparing monthly reports, supporting budget and forecast processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in line with group standards. I also assist in variance analysis, providing insights to management for better decision-making.

    I am responsible for building and maintaining parts of the Brand Tracking data pipeline together with a small team. Ensuring that our brand data is representative of the population, free from spelling errors, and can move easily between Nepa's internal systems and databases.

    I help find and connect with new clients, guiding them through the entire sales process—from first introduction to the final handshake. My focus is on really understanding what challenges our customers face and showing how Nepa’s solutions can make a difference for them.
